1. The Parties
This agreement is hereby entered into by and between AutoInterests, LLC, also known as the “Licensor” and website user/purchaser, also known as the “Licensee”, collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
2. License Type
AutoInterests, LLC grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the photograph(s) purchased as per the terms of this agreement.
3. License Fee
The Licensee agrees to the pay AutoInterests, LLC a one-time license fee for the use of the Licensed Photograph(s).
The payment has to be made using a credit card and cannot be refunded.
4. Permitted Use Under License
The Licensee may use the photograph(s) for personal projects, digital or printed media, for an unlimited number of times and without any time limits, from anywhere in the world, and to make modifications or create derivative works.
The Licensee may not resell, assign, transfer, sublicense or otherwise make the photograph(s) available to any third party.
AutoInterests, LLC retains all rights not explicitly granted to the user in this agreement.
AutoInterests, LLC reserves all rights, title, interest and copyright of the photograph(s).
5. Restrictions and Limitations
This agreement and it’s terms are non-negotiable.

This agreement constitutes the agreement between both Parties, and no additional terms or conditions shall be binding upon either Party unless agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
The Licensee agrees not to use the photograph(s) in any defamatory or libelous manner.
The Licensee shall not transfer the license to any other person or entity without the written consent of AutoInterests, LLC.
6. Licensor’s Rights
AutoInterests, LLC reserves all rights, title, interest and copyright of the photograph(s).
The Licensee acknowledges that it does not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the photograph(s) owned by AutoInterests, LLC.
AutoInterests, LLC reserves all other rights, and no other use of the photograph(s) is allowed except as set forth herein.
7. Miscellaneous
Warranty – AutoInterests, LLC makes no warranty on the Licensed Photo’s accuracy or suitability for any purpose.
Liability – The Licensee agrees that it shall indemnify and hold harmless AutoInterests, LLC in the event of any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Licensee’s use of the photograph(s).
Severability – If any provision of this agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from this agreement, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Damages – If the Licensee fails to follow any of the terms of this agreement, AutoInterests, LLC shall be entitled to recover liquidated damages.
Dispute Resolution – Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between both Parties and sealed with a written agreement.
Jurisdiction – This agreement shall be construes and governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.
8. Term and Termination
This agreement shall become effective on the date of purchase and remain in full effect for as long as the Licensee complies with the terms.
AutoInterests, LLC may terminate this agreement if the Licensee breaches any of its terms or conditions upon written notice to the Licensee.
Upon termination, all rights granted by this Photo Licenseing Agreement will immediately cease. The Licensee must immediately destroy any copies of the photograph(s) or remove them from their possession.
Upon termination, the Licensee agreen not to speak ill of AutoInterests, LLC, it’s work, or products.
By purchasing photos, both parties agree that they have read, understood and accepted all of its terms and conditions.
